Are your websites built on a platform? What if I want a custom site?
All of our websites are custom projects built to suit individual client needs. We use the WordPress platform for the framework of our websites because this allows the client to make future changes as needed. Your website can grow as your business does – without having to pay an outside developer to make simple updates.
Why WordPress?
In the past, we have launched clients on Squarespace, Weebly, Wix and Pagecloud. We now exclusively use WordPress. It is the gold standard of websites; it has many plugins and different functionalities that allow for a fully customised site (blogging, shopping and more). This makes it ideal for large companies and small businesses alike.
But I’m not technologically savvy. How will I be able to add content or make changes to the site?
We provide all our clients with an easy, video tutorial containing detailed instructions on how to maintain and make changes to their new site. Digisum offers a full range of maintenance and service packages for those looking for continued assistance.
What makes a Digisum site different?

What do I, as the client, need to provide?
We need you to provide us with your domain hosting, initial content and social media profiles (if you want links to your social media webpage, that is). We also require a deposit to get started and reserve your spot with the launch team.
Do you write the copy for the website?
You know your business best. Therefore, we ask our client to provide initial content, which we target to your audience. Our packages include 5 hours of content writing with our in-house copywriters (this will cover new headlines, call to actions and minor adjustments to current language). We provide monthly copywriting services under add-ons.
I’m selling online. Do you also develop ecommerce sites?
Yes, we develop ecommerce sites using Shopify and WooCommerce. We find this to be the most customizable platform for building an online business.
